Seven Quails Bed & Breakfast offers two full suites,
A Room With A View, and Sunnyside Up.

A Room With A View for two, offers sweeping views for 60 miles spanning our zinfandel vineyard,  green hills and valleys, white fenced corrals,  pink almond orchards and mauve mountains.  Sink into the four-poster raised queen bed, store your clothes in the antique Louis XV mirrored armoire or the walk-in closet.

The contemporary-designed bathroom with track lighting and dimmers holds the sleek bathtub you see in the latest film version of Casino Royale. Two generous vanities and an oversized shower with massage sprays complete the ensemble. Sip coffee in fluffy robes on the private patio outside your suite. Facing the east, at night you might catch the huge yellow full moon practically bouncing off the lawn.

Cheerful Sunnyside Up  for two – four, is a crisp, airy room dominated by a huge window and the cabernet sauvignon vineyard and the sloping hills beyond.  Nestle in the queen rattan sleigh bed with the extra thick double-box spring mattress, store your personal items in the hundred year old  Japanese  tansu, and check out the modern bathroom with cabinetry from Spain, streamlined  fixtures and tempered glass-enclosed shower. 

For those traveling in a group of three or four, Sunnyside Up rounds out the suite with another room, The Owl House, with a trundle bed, and windows facing the cabernet sauvignon vineyard and circular drive with its plethora of peach, red, white and yellow roses.

Have quiet time as you sip wine under your own portico right outside your room watching the blazing sunset turn the blue sky to salmon.

The Great Room offers  a conversation area, a fireplace for cooler seasons, a library nook, and a rotunda window- enclosed area for dining where you enjoy the zinfandel views in extended vista. Outside is a patio for that morning breakfast of succulent  fruits, pastries, rolls and fresh breads. Our experience however, is that our guests, like family, prefer hanging out in the kitchen where the coffee brews.

An overnight stay at Seven Quails includes appetizers at dusk, libations, a vineyard tour (if desired and weather permitting) and a delicious, if we do say so, breakfast.

In addition we offer facilities for small executive business meetings, wedding rehearsal wine maker dinners, and small intimate weddings.
